Musician Lisa Curtis reached out to me seeking merch for her upcoming tour! Finding it vital to have symbolism to direct & anchor a design, I landed on the classic imagery of an apple due it’s romantic/erotic undertones throughout history & various media. Inspired by the themes in her music of unrequited or unattainable love, this design conveys forbidden fruit and pays homage to the first stop on this tour– NYC.
